Q: We are a large firm and have multiple branches is there a discount available for a report for each Town?

A: Yes, we offer discounts for Premium Insight Report orders containing multiple locations. "Multiple report discounts available:  3 reports £150 discount and a further £50 discount per report added thereafter.  Discounts applied automatically."

 

Q: How long does the research take to complete?

A: The research is conducted as quickly as possible to make sure that it perceived as fair by all firms being called. We will have single reports completed within a 14-day period, multiple reports would be delivered in an agreed time frame.

 

Q: What improvements would I expect to see implementing your ideas?

A: It very much depends on what we find during the research and what action points we agree to put into place

 

Q: Do you work with single office firms or just big practices?

A: We are happy to work with small or large firms providing they are looking to improve their service standards.

Q: If I order the Mystery Shop Me! report can I ‘upgrade’ to the Premuim report later?

A: Yes, we and will put the fee already paid towards the Premuim Insight Report costs.

Q: Can you tell us when you will carry out the research?

A: No, it needs to be unexpected to gain a true picture. 

 

Q: Will you tell us if there is any exemplary service from our staff?

A: Yes, although this doesn’t happen often enough.
